We use Reply Codes to communicate the status of your order. If there is a problem with a request or we have a question about a reference, we will send an email message that quotes the request number and gives a short Reply Code.
If you prefer not to receive our daily ARTEmail Replies Intray, we can cancel them. However, you would need to contact Customer Services to be informed of the outcome of your order.
