British Library Document Supply Service (BLDSS)

The new British Library Document Supply Service has taken over 2 years to develop, cost nearly £6 million and will deliver a more efficient, higher quality document supply service. It will completely replace existing systems and introduce new services supporting remote document supply, whilst retaining the links with all Library services and systems that currently interact with document supply operations.
